When John Watts prepared the watercolours for Tonge's Travels he also did some line drawings, including one of the view that features on the title page. It demanded a poster which I have done here, with a short quotation from George Tonge's diary in which he describes the Bay of Naples. In some copies of the poster John has made Vesuvius active.
